• Duration of the tour: approximately 3 hours.
• To make a reservation, please provide the assigned time slot on your ticket to visit the Nasrid Palaces.
• You can only visit the Nasrid Palaces during the time specified on your ticket.
• You can visit the rest of the monument at any time during its opening hours.
• It is essential to have the ID card or passport to access the monument.
• Meeting point: in front of the mural map, 15 minutes before the start of the tour.

Cancellation policy

According to the Official Regulations published in the BOJA by the Board of the Alhambra and Generalife, implemented on 1/1/2020, tickets, once issued, cannot be canceled, modified, or rescheduled.  

The refund of the ticket amount once purchased it will not be carried out under any circumstances and will involve 100% of the expenses.
