Cancellation policy

According to the Official Regulations published in the BOJA by the Board of the Alhambra and Generalife, implemented on 1/1/2020, tickets, once issued, cannot be canceled, modified, or rescheduled. 

The refund of the ticket amount once purchased it will not be carried out under any circumstances and will involve 100% of the expenses.
